Josh Dragotta: Director/Producer
Josh Dragotta has been directing and editing films over the past two decades. His films have been selected in festivals both nationally and internationally and his editorial work has garnered him Clio Awards in theatrical advertising. His editorial career started in short form documentaries including such titles as Murder On The Orient, The Magnificent Seven, and La La Land. His theatrical and television marketing creative work has included such titles as Percey Jackson and The Olympians, Bullet Train, and Severance. His last film Satan’s Angel: Queen of The Fire Tassels was an official selection of Outfest. As an editor his most recent work includes short films for The Carter Center celebrating the late President’s 100th birthday, The Kennedy Center Honors honoring Barry Gibb, Renée Flemming, and The Grateful Dead as well as The Mark Twain Prize For Comedy honoring Kevin Hart and Conan O’Brien.
As a filmmaker that is both editor and director, Josh approaches his storytelling from a unique audio and visual perspective that for him is escapism. “I enjoy telling stories that entertain, that take you on a journey. The idea that I can transport someone to another place through pictures and sound is so exciting.”
Fini Finical: Producer/Mug Addict
Fini has been a Tiki enthusiast since the mid 1990’s. As a graphic artist his appreciation for primitive forms transformed into a rabid obsession of collecting Tiki mugs and for the next thirty years he would amass a collection of well over a thousand mugs. In 2008 his obsession took him on his first Tiki adventure, saving a twenty-ton Moai head from a miniature golf course and transporting it across Tucson, Arizona to a bar he was managing, captured in the short film Save The Tiki. Over the years Fini opened two bars with nautical themes but his obsession with Tiki would not end. In 2022 Fini decided (with reluctance from his business partner Scott Mencke) that he would embark on his most ambitious feat yet, building a Tiki bar dedicated to his collection of mugs.
Mike Clements: Producer
Mike Clements not only identifies as a Tiki enthusiast, he is also a producer and recovering entertainment executive with over 30 years of experience leading teams in content creation, development, and production—particularly in animation and comedy. He has executive produced four animated series, including The Life & Times of Tim (HBO), Good Vibes (FOX/MTV), Legends of Chamberlain Heights (Comedy Central), and Poorly Drawn Lines (FX), and played an executive role in animated hits like The Simpsons and King of the Hill during his tenure at FOX. As President of Time Warner’s Good Humor TV, he executive produced several network comedies and is now President/EP of Fish Ladder Entertainment at AMC Studios, developing a slate of scripted projects.
